چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به نقد و بررسی نظریه کمینه گرایی معناییِ کاپلن و لپور می پردازد که در سال 2005 به عنوان یک نظریه معنایی همگانی در زبان شناسی مطرح شد. در مقاله حاضر همچنین، این نظریه در زبان فارسی و بر روی داده‌های این زبان بررسی خواهد شد. با بررسی انتقادات مطرح شده توسط برخی از صاحب نظران، ملاحظه می شود با توجه به ماهیت نظریه که از زبان های منطقی و ریاضی تبعیت می کند، در تحلیل معنا در زبان های طبیعی از جهت های مختلف ناکارآمد و غیر قابل قبول می باشد. در این مقاله، آرا صاحب نظران مختلف در خصوص این نظریه مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین مقاله حاضر، به ارزیابی نقاط ضعف و قدرت این آرا نیز پرداخته است. ایرادهای مهمی به این نظریه وارد است که از جمله آن می توان به مباحثی همچون جابجایی بافتی، ناتمام بودن و تغییر ناپذیری شرایط صدق اشاره کرد.

The present study reviews Herman Cappelen and Ernest Lepore’s theory of Semantic Minimalism. This theory was proposed as a universal semantic theory in linguistics in 2005. In this article, the Semantic Minimalism theory will be examined in Persian language and on the data of this language. By examining the criticisms raised by some experts, it can be seen that considering the nature of the theory that follows logical and mathematical languages, it is inefficient and unacceptable in the analysis of meaning in languages that are natural. In this article, the opinions of different experts regarding the Semantic Minimalism theory of cappelen and Lepore have been reviewed. Also, this article has evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the viewpoints of experts in this field of study. There are important objections to this theory. among these objections we can refer to topics such as context displacement, incompleteness and unchangeability of truth conditions.
