تحلیلِ محتوای زبانیِ مضامینِ یادداشت های خودکشی (مطالعۀ موردی 30نمونه درشهرمشهد)

چکیده

یادداشت‌های خودکشی تنها مدرک قابل اعتنا در پرونده‌های مرگ مشکوکی است که با عنوان خودکشی در شعب ویژۀ قتل عمد مطرح می‌شوند. از همین رو احراز اصالت یا جعلی بودن آن نقش انکارناپذیری در تشخیص قتل عمد از خودکشی و نیز تصمیم قضایی در مرحلۀ تحقیقات مقدماتی و صدور حکم بر عهده دارد. ازآنجاکه محتوای این یادداشت‌ها دارای «داده‌های زبانی» است، می‌توان از رویکرد زبان‌شناسی حقوقی و یافته های آن در مسائل قضایی در دهه‌های اخیر بهره برد. این رویکرد منجر به پیدایش پیشرفت علمی در بررسی یادداشت‌ها ازجمله؛ تحلیل گفتمان، سبک‌شناسی جنایی، معناشناسی قضایی، تحلیل محتوای مضمونی و ... شده است. این پژوهش با بررسی یادداشت‌ها از طریق تحلیل محتوای مضامین می‌کوشد به این پرسش‌ها پاسخ دهد: آیا مضامین موجود دریادداشت‌ها تکرار پذیر هستند؟ آیا رابطۀ معناداری بین مضامین پرتکرار و وقوع آن‌ها در جامعۀ آماری نمونه با جامعۀ آماری وجود دارد؟ این پژوهش با تکیه بر روش تحلیلِ محتوای براون و کلارک (2006) پانزده مضمون اصلی را شناسایی و مورد آزمون دوجمله‌ای قرارداد. ازبین پانزده مضمون اصلی، مضامینِ ارجاع به اشخاص، دستورالعملها و اطلاعات با نود درصد تکرار پذیری درجامعۀ آماری مورد شناسایی قرارداد تا ازاین نتایج  به عنوان یکی از قرائن واماراتِ مثبته در تشخیص یادداشت‌های واقعی از ساختگی بهره جست.

چکیده [English]

Since suicide notes are the only reliable documents in suspicious deaths named as suicide in special branches, determining whether they are real or fake may play undeniable role in recognition of murder and subsequent judicial decisions in initial stages. The question is that “what approaches except common ones such as fake, handwriting as well as signature expertise can be used to recognize fake or real notes in our country with experimental history than scientific”? Since content notes are filled with words and phrases called “linguistic inputs”, legal linguistics can be considered internationally alongside with other sciences as forensic medicine and forensic psychiatry and its findings in legal fields indicates a new and scientific approach in determining fake or real notes.In this paper, we are going to identify more repeatable contents in notes by analyzing 30 real notes using Brown& Clark thematic analysis and test the findings by Binomial test to introduce more repeatable and generalizable contents as distinctive features of real notes.
