Article Acceptance Process

1- Registration of the article by the author in the journal system including completion of authors’ information, uploading the article according to the requested format of the journal, and submission of the commitment form and the conflict of interest form
2- Expression of opinion by the editor-in-chief and the editorial board regarding the article, and if necessary, referral to the subject editor
3- Return of the article to the author for some structural corrections (if any)
4- Submission of the article for evaluation by three independent experts specializing in the subject area of the article.
Review of the article and expression of opinion by the reviewers along with completion of the evaluation form and informing the editor-in-chief regarding the quality and quantity of the article
At this stage, three cases are possible:

a. If the article is rejected by 2 reviewers, the article is removed from the journal process and the author is informed.
b. If a major or minor revision is requested by the reviewers (at least 2 reviewers), the article is returned to the authors for revision and correction.
c. If the reviewers do not complete the review within the specified deadline, then the article will be sent again to new reviewers.

Article submission
Resubmission of the revised article by the authors along with the file of responses to reviewers’ questions (within a maximum of two weeks)

Submission of the final revised version along with a letter explaining all corrections to the final reviewer for re-evaluation of the article
Expression of final opinion by the reviewers regarding acceptance or rejection of the article
Approval of the review process in the journal editorial board meeting

If the article is rejected, the author will be informed, and if accepted, it proceeds to the next stage
Deposit of 4,000,000 Rials for publishing the article in the journal

The waiting period of articles in the print queue depends on the number of approved articles

It is worth mentioning that in all stages of article evaluation, neither the authors will be informed of the names of the reviewers nor the reviewers of the names of the article authors (double-blind review); the average time frame for initial review of articles is less than 10 days and the average time frame for completion of the article review process in this journal is between 4 to 6 months.
