چکیده

مقاله حاضر با رویکرد سبک شناسی رایانشی- پیکره ای به بررسی توزیع فراوانی و درصدی انواع زمان در دفتر اول، دوم و سوم مثنوی می‌پردازد و بر این فرضیه استوار است که می‌توان با استفاده از متغیر زمان به میزان واقع گرایی، سبک روایی و جنبه‌هایی از صدای دستوری در این اثر دست یافت. مبانی نظری و کاربردی این نوشتار، تلفیقی از دستور نظام مند هلیدی و دستور سنتی است. پیکره زبانی آن شامل 16122 فعل در سه دفتر نخست مثنوی بوده که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک انتخاب شده و 16 متغیر زمان در پیکره داده ها تحلیل شده است. یافته ها نشان می‌دهد در سه دفتر نخست مثنوی، زمان حال %63، گذشته %36 و آینده %5/0درصد افعال را به خود اختصاص داده است. این یافته ها بیانگر این نکات است که مولانا در اشاره گری زمانی فلسفه روانشناسی انسانگرایانه داشته که به زندگی در اینجا و اکنون می‌اندیشد. همچنین وی از داستان ها و رویدادهای گذشته نیز برای تبیین احوال افراد استفاده می‌کند و سپس به پند و نصیحت می‌پردازد که سبک روایی نقل، نتیجه گیری و نصیحت را در مثنوی تایید می‌کند.

A Comparative Study on the Verb Tenses in Books 1, 2 and 3 of Masnavi: a Corpus- Computational Approach

In the present article the frequency and percentage distribution of different verb tenses have been analyzed in books of 1, 2 and 3 of Masnavi. The hypothesis is that it is possible to identify the degree of realism, narrative stylistic and some aspects of grammatical voice by using the feature of tense. The theoretical framework is based on systematic functional grammar and traditional grammar. The corpus contains 16122 verbs which have been selected by systematic sampling in which 16 tenses have been analyzed. The statistical analysis shows that the present tense makes up 63%, the past tense 36%, and the future tense 5% of all. The findings indicate that Rumi enjoys a humanistic philosophy and that he thinks of living here and now on the time line. He uses the past stories and events to explain the dispositions of the people and then gives some pieces of advice that confirm his narrative style including narrating, concluding and advising.
